"Good service is hard to come by nowadays, that's why I am writing this letter. We also run a service business and understand when you don′t have a tangible item to sell and all you are selling is your service work, if you don't live up to what you say, it can destroy your reputation very quickly. We also understand and appreciate a good word from our customers.
I am pleased to say that Technology Solutions has lived up to everything they have committed to, as well as getting us out of a big jam.
Recently we upgraded our computer system and used an individual who had just started up his own IT business. He promised the moon and stars but delivered nothing but a dark unlit sky.
For six weeks we had nothing but problems, I was on the phone with him EVERYDAY trying to resolve problems. Finally he came to our office saying that he had to "clear" our computer so it would run properly. While he was clearing it he managed to delete very important information in our bookkeeping program. Fortunately I had paper copies of the information and was able to put it back into our system (by 3:00 A.M. that night!).
It was then that I called Technology Solutions. The staff was very friendly and sensitive to my past experience. They understood my apprehensions and sent technicians out to work on our problems. They gave me the confidence and peace of mind that this would not happen again. They fixed the problems and set everything up for us including a remote backup system so I’ll never have to go through that nightmare again. We haven't had any problems since. I am confident now that if I have any problems, all I have to do is call Technology Solutions and one of their technicians will walk me through it.
It has been a pleasure working with Technology Solutions and I would recommend them highly.
