iSeries Development 5 Year Guarantee
At Technology Solutions we are so confident in our iSeries development and coding standards that we back it with a 5 year guarantee against programming defects. Once the application has been tested internally by your staff and delivered into production, if it fails to meet the specifications that we delivered, we will fix it at no additional cost to you.
What is covered in the iSeries Guarantee
We gurantee the programming, logic and data flow of all applications where a Technical Design Specification was developed by TSI and approved by the client or the client provides a Technical Design Specification that is approved by TSI and a waiver of Technical Design is issued by TSI. The exceptions to the gurantee our listed below.
What is not covered in the iSeries Guarantee
- The program has been modified by a non-TSI employee or assign and the program ceases to work
- Changes in other areas of the system cause the application to fail
- Changes in the operating system cause the failure or defect
- Database changes or data flow changes cause the failure or defect
- Changes and Conditions outside of the approved specification cause the failure or defect
- Programs that were developed without a formal technical specification or a specification not developed and approved by TSI
